![]() ![]() Joel R Mesznik, Founder and President Mr. Mesznik is the founder and president of Mesco. He has over 30 years of advisory and investment banking experience. Prior to founding Mesco, Mr. Mesznik was managing director of Drexel Burnham Lambert. He started his career in finance at Citibank in 1970. He is a board member of a number of public companies in the U.S. and Europe as well as several private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from City College, New York and a Master of Business Administration in International Finance from Columbia University, New York. Eytan Mesznik Most recently, Mr. Mesznik served on a number of Chanel boards around the world, on the Operating Committee, and had profit center responsibilities. During his tenure at Chanel, he held several important positions, including Senior Vice President of Legal and Tax, and was responsible for financial, treasury, tax, insurance, operational, governance, compliance, transfer-pricing, risk, real estate, customs, licensing and legal decisions around the globe. Prior to joining Chanel, he served as International Treasurer at Est¨Ĥe Lauder Group and at CBS as Director of Finance and Treasury for Europe, Asia and Africa. Mr. Mesznik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from City College, New York, and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from Columbia University, New York. William R Bernstein Mr. Bernstein received a Bachelor of Science Degree in the Building Sciences and a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In addition, Mr. Bernstein received a Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Washington. Mr. Bernstein began his career as a Project Planner for the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency and was responsible for coordinating the design and financing of a number of urban renewal projects in Jersey City, NJ. Mr. Bernstein has over 30 years of experience in real estate development projects. Adriel G Mesznik Mr. Mesznik received his BSE cum laude in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Princeton University and a Masters of Architecture from Harvard University, where he was the Arthur Lehman Scholar and a Presidential Instructional Technology Fellow. He was previously a Project Manager at Sam Schwartz Company where his assignments included Lower Manhattan Development Corporation after 9/11/2001 and the Columbia University expansion in upper Manhattan. Sandra McNerney With over 20 years of accounting experience with companies in the sectors of medical equipment, supplies and healthcare services. Melissa Magyar With over 20 years of executive level administrative experience, Melissa Magyar provides the vital administrative support allowing Mesco to function efficiently. Previously, she was employed by Pitney Bowes and, during her tenure there, worked for various department heads including the VP of Human Resources.
